You'll see the IBEX Herd out in the gardens on Earth Day, April 22, doing our annual clean up.  We're always surprised how many bags of garbage we haul out every year.  It takes a long time and it's a dirty job, but the results are always well worth it.

Once the ground warms up and the air temperature stays above freezing, we'll be planting our annuals once again.  We haven't decided what to plant this year.  We loved the yellow and orange rudbeckias, marigolds and sunflowers that we planted last year, but so did the family of bunnies living in the South East corner.  We seemed to have more luck with petunias, apparently the bunnies aren't as fond of them.  If you have any thoughts, send us a note and let us know your preference.

There will be construction near the north end of the underpass, but according to the architects, we'll have at least one more planting season ahead of us.  Keep watch for another beautiful garden this summer.
